As you may already be aware, Carlton Pools has begun preparations to move into the 1740 Lakewood Road, Toms River, NJ location in which Dover Pools previously resided. It is our intention to clarify and preempt any of your questions that may arise with this transition. Carlton Pools is simply assuming a location once leased by the now vacated premises of Dover Pools and is by no account associated with said company. as such, Carlton Pools does not acquire any past and/or outstanding issued credits, promise of dated services, refundable deposits, or any other financial responsibility. This being said, Carlton has long-established itself in Pennsylvania and New Jersey as a customer-oriented company. We understand that many of you may have grievances with Dover yet unresolved. In this regard, Carlton wishes to ease your concerns wherever possible. To this end, we have established a dedicated e-mail for customers to voice their matters left unsettled by Dover Pools. It is our objective to review these issues on a case- by-case basis and provide any allowable assistance. We hope these efforts speak of our new commitment to you as a Carlton Pools customer.
