Since 1999

Growing up in a family owned construction business, I have learned how important sales, management, and implementation are in delivering a high quality product. As my career has developed, I have taken a project management approach along with my attention to detail and integrated them into my current sales position. I approach each project with the customer’s satisfaction in mind.

Throughout my time at Carlton Pools, I believe I have been integral to its transformation into a cutting edge leader in the pool industry. I have developed a large network of landscape contractors, architects and engineers to help realize the customer’s vision and goals for a beautiful backyard. Collaborative efforts from experts in these specific industries have enabled Carlton to maintain long-term relationships and contributed to my success. I credit that success to the influence of my father’s hard work ethic and family-first attitude.

Aside from my career, I am a graduate of Pennsylvania State University as well as married with two children. I enjoy coaching youth sports, volunteering time for local community projects and socializing with good friends.
