I 100% love my pool from Carlton Pools and now that it's colder out we also get a lot of use out of the hot tub they built us. We don't know how we'd get through the winter without it in fact! We had a whole idea in mind for a full backyard pool redesign and Carlton Pools did it all quickly and for a surprisingly low price. This was a couple of years ago. Ever since we've loved having pool parties in the summer and taking it easy in the hot tub when it's too cold to swim. We would definitely give them a call if we had to start over again.

I was recommended to go to Carlton Pools by a friend of mine last spring. I called them, told them what I wanted, and they were able to get my new pool installed fast. Now that it is fall, I would like to say that my pool is now closed and that I had zero issues swimming or closing the pool this October. I would like to thank them for all of their services, and I highly recommend them to everyone else who needs a customized pool installed.

What can I say? Every experience with Carlton Pools has been delightful. They built our pool about five years ago. We were impressed then because it practically transformed our entire backyard from blah to beautiful. This year, we had some renovations done and got a repair done from some accidental damage from a tree branch. They cleared out all the debris, fixed our deck and it's as good as new. Love it!

The Trexlertown Carlton Pools store provides expert diagnosis to pool chemistry issues. The Bioguard products are excellent and produce consistent results. I appreciate their support every Saturday when I bring my water in for testing.

Four years ago I moved into a house with a in ground pool. I had no clue what I was doing. Marty and the other staff members was so polite and help me with all my pool needs. This is the best pool store in the area. One happy customer.

My family has experienced exceptional service from Carlton Pools for over 23 years. While we don’t live too close to a Carlton Pools, we happily go out of our way to shop there. Not only do they test our water for free, but they also carry supplies for biguanide pools. They just installed a new pool cover for us and we’ve been very pleased with their service.

Overall I am frustrated. I understand constructing a pool is much like building a home and there are bound to be hiccups. But people should return calls and have answers for you. Woody our salesperson was great and so was Bob our designer, hence the 2 stars. But trying to get the office to return a call was painful. We would wait days and not get a return call, I would end up calling back and being told that they would have to call me back to get me an answer. We had to use them to lose our pool, which cost 500.00 and did not include them putting the cover on because we could not get someone to come out to teach us how to use the equipment. They told us that they would put us on the schedule to teach us everything when they come back to open it in the spring, which I am sure they are gonna charge for they also dont back fill around your pool once they put it in. We have gigantic ruts from the equipment and I had to backfill the areas where there was no concrete walk by hand. We did get a nice price for the pool, but with what I have to pay to finish it I am not sure it was such a great price

I had a horrible experience with Carlton Pools. They changed their price on me every time I spoke to them, 1 rep would tell me one thing, and then have somebody call me, I waited weeks for them to do a quote, and it came back about 15,000 higher than I was originally quoted. When I asked why it was so much more, the guy was rude and unhelpful. I called the original person back who said she'd email me a quote, but never bothered to do so. Then I called back again, and she handed me off to her boss who told me that they wouldn't do a pool in the price range I was originally quoted, even though the estimator said they would, if I did the concrete and electric myself. I wasted almost a month waiting and going back and forth with different people, until I realized they're nothing more than bait and switch and a wild goose chase. If it's this much trouble just to get a quote, I can only imagine what building an entire pool would be like! Go elsewhere to a company that cares about you and doesn't try to mass produce and take advantage of their customer.

We signed our contract with Carlton March 8th and as of today June 6th we are still waiting for concrete to be poured even after we were promised a crew would stay on the job. If I did not have a big hole in my ground I would have cancelled and went with another company. We are also having a outdoor kitchen installed which Carlton is holding up getting this installed. Very dissatisfied with all the lies this company tells you.
