All I have to say is WOW!! I don’t usually write reviews but the service Carltons provided from meeting with their sales guy Matt to them finishing to the final detail. It only took them 3 months from start to finish! They did an amazing job, very quick and I have to say the best service in communication throughout the whole process. I would say to anybody you’d be crazy not to use them. I interviewed four other pool companies and none of them compared to how professional they were through the whole process

What can I say? Every experience with Carlton Pools has been delightful. They built our pool about five years ago. We were impressed then because it practically transformed our entire backyard from blah to beautiful. This year, we had some renovations done and got a repair done from some accidental damage from a tree branch. They cleared out all the debris, fixed our deck and it's as good as new. Love it!

I would just like to take a moment to say thank you to the wonderful staff at Carlton Pools for getting my pool installed quickly. I never thought that my back yard could be able transformed like the way it was when I saw everything finally done. Doylestown Store
Carlton pool built and designed our pool about 8 years ago. We are Very happy with it. We have all of our water analysis done in Doylestown. They are very knowledgeable and sell you what you. need. They did not try to oversell you on chemicals. Very happy vans satisfied with Carlton pools.

I started to go to Carlton Pools in New Britain/Chalfont and will continue to go there for all of my pool needs. The staff there is top notch. I have always had great experiences with Matt, Kayla, Kayleigh and Joel. They are always professional, knowledgeable, friendly and all around great people to do business with. Matt & Joel are the best. They go above and beyond to provide honest information on how to keep your pool running smoothly. They even returned my missed phone call to make sure everything was okay. (I’m a rookie pool owner.) Even when they know I’m a rookie, they never take advantage of the situation and ALWAYS have patience dealing with me. Hands down the best pool store in the area.

Great place to get all your chemical needs and more. Love the new location and feel of the store. Management seems to be on point and they actually train employees to be knowledgeable in the products they sell and the situations customers run into. That's pretty awesome considering there are some young staff members. They seem to embrace their job and strive for excellence. Kudos to Team Carlton!!!

Flemington Store
I use the store in Flemington for purchasing chemicals and periodic water testing. Staff there is friendly and professional - they always make sure that I understand any chemical changes needed and how to apply them. So glad I switched there!!

I’ve tried a couple local places to get my water tested, but this one seems to be the most accurate and the least likely to push unnecessary purchases on me. They provide a professional water test report and I believe them when they tell me I need to adjust my pool water. Their chemicals and pool supplies are also very competitively priced. Highly recommend.

I’ve used Carlton pools since they were at their previous location. They have always been super helpful in getting my pool clean and chemicals balanced. When they moved to Flemington I was a bit reluctant to make the longer drive, but after trying other pool stores, they are definitely worth the extra 15 minutes.

Trexlertown Store
Stopped in today to have my pool water tested. Super fast results and gave me what I need to maintain and care for pool. The young man at the register was super quick and knowledgable. He gathered everything up so I didn't have to hunt around and even carried it to the car for me! Wow! Outstanding service! Will be returning to this store!

The Trexlertown Carlton Pools store provides expert diagnosis to pool chemistry issues. The Bioguard products are excellent and produce consistent results. I appreciate their support every Saturday when I bring my water in for testing.

Mark, Brian, Jeff and the entire staff are the best. They all know how to analyze water and solve issues without overselling unnecessary chemicals. I recently had an issue with my salt generator and they could not have been more patient and helpful and now my pool is perfect again. Don't even think about going anywhere else but to Carlton in TR.
